    Stop telling people that the sugar in fruit is going to destroy their blood sugar levels….That’s why nature put all that fiber in their to slow the release of the sugar!!! Unlike other sugary processed foods….natural foods like dates and bananas have a lot of fiber, which fills you up quicker and slows the release of said sugar….say that next time!!! Thanks….

    I just want to point out that dates don’t spike insulin even though they’re loaded of sugar. they have the same glycemic index as a peach and only marginally above an apple. don’t fear the sugar in dates.
