      It is very important to choose organic fruit and vegetables, because these ones contains the live enzymes, which are beneficial to your body and help to regenerate the cells in your body and help you to get rid of the toxins. Furthermore organic fruit and veg have much more vitamins, the chemicals destroy the nutrients, furthermore you are consuming them chemicals, too. The GMO modified fruit and veg might no longer be purely vegetarian, as they put animal hormones into the vegetables and in addition they have many negative effect on your health, such as food allergies, negative reproductive effects, toxicity and many more. The right choice is definitely the organic fruit and vegetables from the local farms.

      sometimes it could be that if a fruit or plant is a GMO its been modified which mean it could have to potential to lose some of its original ‘goodness’ its best to stay as local and fresh as you can, it will not only be good for you but your local economy.

    Good food of course will help you live healthier and longer, but I also heard that fruits and vegetables nowadays are not the same as they were in the past. For example tomatoes only contain quarter of nutrients it used to contain when it was farmed the old fashioned way and nowadays it’s more like water. Then again almonds, apricots, beans and such are much better for our body even when they’re not as good as they were in the past, when compared to our current diet which consists of high fructose syrup, high fructose syrup, and high fructose syrup. I guess there’s no excuse to not eating healthy no matter how you look at things.

    I would start things off with almonds, apples, bananas, beans, brown rice, carrots, and few other foods because they’re relatively affordable. The problem with eating healthy nowadays is that everything and anything healthy is generally expensive. I’ve cut down on fruit shopping because they’re so expensive, but I should really try to find other things to cut down on before I stop eating healthy.

    I keep hearing about this superfood and it looks as though everyone who is health conscious is into it. You’re what you eat, so I suppose the health conscious folks have a good reason why they’re so excited about this, so much so that I kind of got curious as well. It turns out though, these are not some exotic fruits or some vegetable that I never heard of. In fact, I could go out to the shop right now and buy them quite conveniently. Quite frankly I’m surprised and I’m also a little disappointed that I didn’t think of eating healthier much earlier.
